Welcome to the Kalanch Partner Program. We are thrilled to have you on board! Our program is designed to give you the freedom to work from anywhere, with zero investment and zero risk. To ensure full transparency and a seamless earning experience, please review our official program policies, commission structures, and payment terms below.

1. Program Overview & Eligibility

• Zero Investment & Zero Risk: Participation in the Kalanch Partner Program is entirely free. You will never be asked to spend money or pay joining fees to start earning.
• Zero Operational Hassle: Kalanch is strictly responsible for inventory management, packing, shipping, and all post-purchase customer support. Your only focus is sharing products with your audience.

2. Commission Structure

• Standard Earning Rate: Partners earn an attractive commission on the total value of every successful order placed through their unique referral link. (Your specific commission rate is assigned and shared with you upon joining).
• Sitewide Earning Rule: Commissions are applied to the customer's entire cart. If a customer clicks your link for a specific item (e.g., a Kurta) but ends up purchasing different or multiple items (e.g., 2 Sarees), you receive your full commission on the entire completed order.
• 30-Day Tracking Memory: We use advanced tracking to ensure you get credited for your efforts. If a user clicks your link but does not purchase immediately, our system remembers them. If they return to the Kalanch website and complete a purchase within 30 days, the commission is automatically credited to your account.
• Festival Rewards Boost: During special occasions and festive seasons, Kalanch may multiply your commissions (e.g., 1.5x or 2x boosts) to help your income grow faster. These boosts will be announced via your dashboard or partner communications.

3. Commission Tracking & Transparency

• Live Dashboard Access: Every partner is provided with a unique dashboard link (no password or login required).
• Real-Time Updates: You can track your sales, link clicks, and pending commissions in real-time as soon as an order is successfully placed.
• 100% Safe Earnings: There are absolutely no reverse deductions on your already approved commissions. Once a commission is finalized and approved, it is securely yours.

4. Payment Terms & Schedule

To ensure fair practices and account for our customer return policies, payouts follow a strict verification and mid-month cycle schedule.

• Commission Approval: A "pending commission" is converted to a "finalized payout" only after the order is successfully delivered to the customer AND the official return/exchange window for that order has completely closed.
• Mid-Month Billing Cycle: Earning cycles run from the 15th of the current month to the 14th of the following month.
• Payout Dates: Finalized earnings from a billing cycle are paid out directly to your registered bank account within the first 3 working days of the subsequent month.
  • Example: Earnings generated between January 15th and February 14th will be processed and paid out by March 3rd or 4th.

5. Program Validity & Modifications

• Program Duration: This program and its current commission structure will remain intact and unchanged until 31st December 2027.
• Advance Notice Guarantee: Furthermore, if any adjustments or modifications are made to the program's terms or commission structure, they will be explicitly conveyed to you at least 3 months in advance.

6. Sharing Guidelines & Best Practices

Earning with Kalanch takes just 10 minutes a day and requires no hard selling. Follow these simple steps to generate successful leads:

1. Access Your Dashboard: Click your unique dashboard link to open your private portal.
2. Activate Sharing Mode: Toggle the "Product Link Sharing Mode" switch at the top of your screen. This redirects you to our collections with a floating share bar active at the bottom of your screen.
3. Browse & Select: Browse our collections just like a regular shopper. When you find an outfit your audience will love, tap the WhatsApp Share button on the floating bar.
4. Share to Status: WhatsApp will automatically open with your custom tracking link ready to post.
